Developing resilient children - Parent Talk

How can you best help your child to build up "reserves." What I mean by “reserves” is the strategies that kids have to deal with disappointment or upset. By learning positive coping strategies you can choose better ways to deal with situations. One of my favourite mottos is “it’s not what happens to you in life , but how you react to it.” Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.

If you would like to know how to support your child emotionally - come along to this FREE talk, given by Fellow of the Chatered College of Teaching, Grant Strudley
