Mindful Walk around the Valley Gardens in Virginia Water

Whether you are interested in getting a first taste of Mindfulness or finding an opportunity to maintain your regular practice with like minded people in the community, this event will help you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world through paying attention to all of your senses as well as helping you to notice your own thoughts, emotions and sensations in your body in relation to this experience.
